Vedder Crossing Plaza
Vedder Crossing Plaza is owned by Tzeachten First Nation; however, day to day operations are handled by Tzeachten Management Ltd. The plaza is located on the corner of Vedder and Promontory Road in Chilliwack, British Columbia. It was strategically built at the entrance of Promontory Heights, one of Chilliwack’s largest residential neighbourhoods.
Built in 1997, the plaza is a 67,000 sq. ft. shopping centre with ample parking. Vedder Crossing Plaza contains many shops and various other businesses. Some of the larger companies located here are Save on Foods & Drugs, Royal Bank, and Tim Horton’s; however, the plaza also contains other small businesses, such as Bosley’s Pet Food Plus, FasGas, Booster Juice, Nice One Nail’s and Panago Pizza. Also within the Plaza there is a walk-in clinic, doctor’s office, optometrist, and a medical laboratory.
