The Property and Public Works Department administers the day-to-day operations of Tzeachten owned housing units and Public Works services such as community owned lift Stations, fire hydrants, and the overall beautification of all Tzeachten lands.
Tzeachten currently owns and operates Steqoye Place, a seven unit townhouse complex as well as Sisemoye Place, a four-plex housing unit.
Tzeachten is excited to be in the construction phase of a 23 unit affordable housing development….more information to come in the future.

Tzeachten manages all water and wastewater components on reserve, as well as on reserve garbage collection.
Garbage Collection days for on reserve members:
Eastside of Vedder road Pick up Monday’s.
Westside of Vedder Road Pick up Friday’s.
We ask that all garbage be at the curb by 7am for pick up on garbage collection days. Should any member miss their scheduled pick-up time please contact the Housing Office – Patreece Desnomie.
When collection day falls on a Statutory Holiday, please keep an eye out for a notification from the Property and Public Works Department advising members of the amended collection day.
The Tzeachten Cemetery is located at 6190 Chilliwack River Road. The Cemetery is open daily from 7AM-4PM. Pets are prohibited from the grounds.
