CH’ÍYÁQTEL (TZEACHTEN) FIRST NATION NOTICE OF ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that the Ch’íyáqtel (Tzeachten) First Nation will hold an Election on March 27, 2024, in accordance with the Tzeachten First Nation Election Regulations and Procedures (2019) for the purpose of electing one (1) Chief and four (4) Councillors, for the next term of office.

Vote By Mail-In Ballot:
Electors wishing to vote by mail-in ballot must send a written request for a mail-in ballot to the Electoral Officer by mail or e-mail, along with a copy of an identification document (for example, an Indian Status Card, a drivers licence, a health card, etc.). A request form can be downloaded from the website listed below. The request must be received by the Electoral Officer no later than March 6, 2024.
Registered members who are eighteen (18) years of age and older as of the date of the Election are eligible to vote in this Election, and shall form the Electors List. A copy of the Electors List will be available at the Nation Administration Office for viewing. Any questions about the voters list may be brought to the attention of the Electoral Officer
