Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, professional support services to help employees and their immediate family members manage personal, family, and work-related concerns. Whether you need counselling, advice, or resources, our EAP is here to help you navigate life’s challenges with care and confidentiality. Services are available at no cost to you and are easily accessible when you need them most.
EAP Process
Employees and their dependent family members will have access to a full range of expert mental health and wellness tools and resources. This includes our new Digital Mental Health Platform on Homeweb.ca, offering your employees access to personalized mental health and wellness support when they want it — anywhere, anytime by smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Employees and their eligible family members can access services by registering online at Homeweb.ca. To register, they will be required to enter the following information:

If the employees prefer to access our services by speaking with a live representative, our Client Services Centre is available 24/7 to answer their call. No pre-registration is required before making the call.
