Annual Community Open House

Each department will have a table where members can visit them. For this even, all you'll need to do is set your table up.

Our office will be closed until 12:00 PM on October 13. As this event runs from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, please start later in the day.

New name tags will be available for all staff. If you have yours from last year and still want to use it, please feel free to do so! Otherwise, please get in touch with Avery (reception@tzeachten.ca) to create a new one.

Each member that attends will also get a food ticket and a coffee ticket at the front when they come in. For this event, we've booked food trucks (Mad Greek,  Chicken on Tires, Yardie Grill) as well as a coffee trailer (Bear Mountain Coffee Co.)

This year, we're handing out tickets for prizes, and tickets for merch. When members come to your table, give them the option of a blue ticket to go towards Ch’íyáqtel merch, or a red ticket to be entered into a prize draw. Each team will be supplied with a list of the worth of each item so they can let members know if they are asked. Members can collect their merch using blue tickets at the Admin/Communications table and hand their red tickets into a prize draw with the desk at the front.

We plan on filming and documenting this event. We'll have lanyards for members to wear if they don't want to be in any final videos, so we can easier identify them and edit them out of the final cut. If a member brings us this concern with you, please advise them to get a lanyard from the front table.
