Community Centre and Lands Boardroom Rental Rates:

The meeting room in the Community Centre has a long table with 10 chairs and a white board on the wall. It is connected to the kitchen if you want more than the coffee maker, bar sized fridge, microwave and sink, in the room. At the community hall we have both mens and womens washrooms (including handicap stalls), baby change tables.

In the Lands building, there is a much larger space that can accommodate up to 14 people seated at the table (more bench style seating around the room if interested). While this boardroom is not connected to a kitchen, it has a coffee maker, microwave and sink in the room.

Rental Rate: $10.00 per hour plus 5% tax or $78.75 per day plus 5% tax.

Mandatory Maintenance Fee: $75 per day. This applies to both boardroom fees.

Sports Field Boardroom Rental Rates:

Our Sports Field boardroom is now available for rent. This is located at our Tzeachten Sports Field and can accommodate 30 people and includes tables and chairs. There is also a projector and screen, white board, sound system with microphones and a small kitchen which includes a dishwasher and fridge.
